The PV grid-connected systems can benefit from the Energy Autority, which rewards the producer with very attractive rates.

The energy produced can be used by the user or can be sold to the national electricity grid.

Thanks to significant cost reduction of components, which has occurred in late 2009, it is now possible to amortize any system in few years. Since the incentive provided by the Energy Autority is valid for 20 years, it’s easy to understand how in these last years, PV systems have been a safe investment with a yield hardly equalled by any other investment.

To confirm this fact, there is the growing number of investors, including foreigners, who decide and have decided to invest in photovoltaic parks in Italy.
